Dr Abbasian is a great doctor with high level of generosity and dignity to his paitents. I was suffering from health anxiety and managed to meet many doctors. I must state that Dr Abbasian treated me superb and I am feeling very well now even better than before. He listens carefully to his patients, ask right questions and then give his advise and medication which is a great approach. I strongly recommend him for anyone who seek to receive any psychiatric related consultation. Thanks Dr Abbasian for your great help

The hospital were brilliant - my only comment would be that the day care administrative were not very good at getting back to me in a timely manner when i had questions or concerns. All the therapists were brilliant and i felt supported by all of them. I would have liked to have received more information on post care services and suggestions. We didn't work too heavily on a relapse prevention plan in the day care groups.

I feel very blessed to have had access to treatment through this hospital. Having dealt with chronic mental health conditions for such a long time, I was at the point on suicide and totally hopeless. From the first call to the hospital and just speaking to reception, Toya who dealt with my admission and Dr Chi Chi Obeyu to the nurses I cannot recommend it highly enough. The nurses take real care of you and give you lots of one on one time when you need it. The facilities are great. The group therapy day plan is well thought out and all very well monitored. I did have one huge issue with a therapist but I felt I was listened to when I complained and this was dealt with. Thank you to everyone there and I take great comfort in knowing should I ever need help again I can be treated here.

Most of the staff including cleaners just randomly open your door with no notice, making for an uncomfortable stay. When night checks are carried out, the doors are left ajar so any old stranger including fellow (possibly disturbed) patients of both sexes can see you sleeping inside. doors cannot be locked. I also opened my door to a drunk family member who I didn't wish to see, as the nurses had invited them to my room without consulting me. This complete lack of privacy and respect is not conducive to an environment in which one feels better.
